Tom joined Crowdcube as an early employee in July 2014 to introduce entrepreneurs and businesses in London to the platform. In 2017 Tom is leaving Crowdcube to start a crowdfunding platform focussed on the creative industries.

Before working at Crowdcube, Tom led the business development activities at a London-based sell- side boutique M&A advisory called Cavendish Corporate Finance. Prior to Cavendish Tom was based in San Francisco where he helped a start-up attain funding and grow its user-base.
